Robert Bebington

Robert founded the business of Robert Bebington & Company in 1988 having previously qualified with Hiller Parker (now CBRE) and been an equity partner with Hales & Partners. Robert has represented a variety of major landlords over the years, such as Prudential, and currently spends much of his time advising expanding private retailers such as Joules, as well as a stable of smaller independents.
As an all-rounder Robert has close contacts with many private investors as well as developers and undertakes a significant amount of ‘hands on’ professional work conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic asset management work.
In his spare time Robert is a keen cyclist and enjoys cricket, skiing and adventure travel.
