Acting on behalf of developer and investor Aqua Dreams (International) Ltd, Robert Bebington & Company have concluded the sale of 80/86 St John’s Road, Clapham Junction, in the week before Brexit to the Strathclyde Pension Trustees (represented by DTZ Investors). The investment comprised two double shops let to Maplin Electronics and Mountain Warehouse as well as 9 flats and a studio.  The site was sold off-market for a sum of approximately £10.7 million.
