Double Vision for Ollie Quinn

Representing trendy optician group Ollie Quinn, Robert Bebington & Company have secured new retail premises in prime locations in both Putney High Street and at 72 Briggate, Leeds. In Putney Ollie Quinn have taken an assignment from GNC Health Foods on a lease very close to the station and in prime Leeds have secured a new letting.  The total rent roll in respect of these properties is over £160,000 per annum.

Robert Bebington has launched a requirement list for other Ollie Quinn outlets and is very happy to discuss similar opportunities at around 750 sq ft of retail space, plus ancillary.

 

Joules Squarely in the Market

The first transaction that Robert Bebington & Company undertook for Joules Ltd was in Marlborough 10 years ago and a decade later, coincidental with the lease expiry, new larger premises have been secured opposite at 8 High Street, Market Square, this being a surplus Viyella and roughly 3 times the size. Joules have also relocated to again upsize premises to 14 High Street, Stamford, doubling up taking over the Country Casuals premises at combined rents of approaching £150,000 per annum.
